Just finally received my R2.8 for the insulation in a 75 IH Scout
that my son owns, with the programming of the EGR delete and ,we have built a 6L80 do you have programming options for this also we have not purchased one yet?

i'm exploring putting the 2.8 into a Jeep JK unlimited. Hopes are to gut it and keep things simple. Very much K.I.S.S. method. Since i live in Canada and emissions really isnt an issue, what power options are there if i wanted to be comfortable rolling on 37/40" tires and not be a pig on fuel. Hopes are for it to be a daily driver still.
Built plenty of rigs like this. Gearing is key and keeping weight to a minimum. 200hp 400ft lb tune likely will do what you need all day long and still get better mpg than the gas options.

What would you say the ideal cruising rpm would be for that tune? peak TQ looks like it is at around 2300 with original tune peak hitting at ~1700rpm. i was thinking if i could roll 72mph (115kph here in canada) at 2100-2200 i'd be in a sweet spot.
Would there be any benefit to running a compound turbo system to hold those tq numbers past 22-2300? or even have that peak shift lower in the RPM range?
I like the idea of the 200/400 tune, I run 2200 rpms at 62 mph right now with 4.56 gears and 35's, but will this tune kill my AX15? I worry about 5th gear being able to handle the constant torque since on the street 5th gear does all the work.
